'The Egyptian story of Isis and Osiris, and the All-Seeing Eye Atop the Great Pyramid'

Its 'ironic' that the name for the current leading terrorist group - is named ISIS.  Isis is the name of the Egyptian Goddess who was (both the sister and wife) of Osiris (the Egyptian God of the Underworld, Renewal and Resurrection, as well as Crop Fertility).

The most important star in the heavens for the Egyptians was Sirius - in Orion's belt - because it was the brightest star in the sky.  It is indicated that Sirius may have symbolized the goddess Isis and the Egyptians believed gods descended from the stars in Orion's belt:

Orion's belt and phallus - has many references by power mongers in the United States - and dating back to the Great Pyramids of Egypt.  In 'Grand Central Station' in Manhattan (built by railroad tycoon Cornelius Vanderbilt) - constellations are featured from the point of view of looking down upon them - except for the stars in Orion's belt - which appear as they do from Earth:

The Egyptian oligarchs believed that their god Osiris would return one day - and come back down from the star Sirius (the brightest star) in Orion's belt.  Scroll down in the following link and you can see how the pyramids were aligned to symbolize Orion's belt:

The great pyramid is also depicted on the central bank family's US dollar bill - featuring the all-seeing eye at the top.  The eye is likely a reference to the eye of Osiris or Horus as outlined in the links above.  This symbolizes how the the Egyptian oligarchs watched over their slaves from the pyramids - which were the only building technology which could elevate people above others at the time.  It is a worship of stone technology which provides a means of power mongering by holding the power of surveillance.
