Pickup beside road

On my way to Oelwein today (about noon CST) - there was a truck parked alongside the road - so I stopped to see if they needed help. It happened to be my neighbor - (Beesecker last name) white Toyota (lic. plate Iowa BNZ 400). He was on his smartphone - said talking to his wife. Noting here - because he is a known methamphetamine user - and has been in trouble for spousal abuse.
